Mortgage Assistance is Available!

The Colorado Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program (EMAP) is available.

Households are eligible to receive EMAP assistance if they:

  • Attest that they experienced financial hardship after January 21, 2020, associated with the COVID-19 pandemic,

  • Provide income documentation and have household incomes equal to or less than 100% of the Area Median Income for their county,

$73,400 for one person

$83,900 for a family of 2

$94,400 for a family of 3

$104,800 for a family of 4

  • Currently own and occupy a primary residence in Colorado, and

  • Their original loan was a conforming loan at the time of purchase or most recent refinance.

Funds will be disbursed directly to the homeownership loan lender/servicer, land contract holder, manufactured/mobile home lender, and/or other housing provider as appropriate.

Partners include Brothers Redevelopment, Total Concept, Neighbor to Neighbor, and La Puente. Partners can process applications, determine eligibility, and process payments on behalf of eligible households.
