2021 Count Shows Increase in Persons Experiencing Homelessness

The 2021 annual Point-in-Time count (Feb 25, 2021), which captured sheltered data only this year due to COVID-19, showed an increase of individuals staying in shelters on a single night and showed a drastic increase in those experiencing homelessness for the first time.

is Coming in September!

$175 million to address homeownership needs

Will provide assistance for mortgage payments, HOA dues, property taxes, and insurance to eligible Coloradans through an online application portal similar to the ERAP program.
